The structure follows three main stages: Preparation, Experience, and Integration. This program is personalized for each participant. The content of the experience adapts to your specific goals and intentions. The journey begins before doing the experience. Through online sessions, we explore your story, clarify your intentions, and establish the framework for your process. This phase allows you to arrive already grounded and supported, with a clear sense of direction. You will receive personalized guidance and tools to prepare emotionally, mentally, and physically for the immersion ahead.

2. Experience
A three-day intimate journey designed for deep rest and reconnection. You’ll be immersed in the mountains, focusing on your inner path with constant guidance, nourishing meals, and moments of calm that allow you to dedicate yourself entirely to your process. Each detail is aligned with your personal intention, so when the immersion begins, you can simply surrender, and just be.

3. Integration

True transformation happens when insights are carried into daily life. After your return, we continue with online integration sessions that help anchor what you’ve experienced into lasting change. Together, we revisit your insights, translate them into practical steps, and provide ongoing support so that the shifts made during the immersion continue to grow. Integration is not just a follow-up, it is the bridge that ensures your journey becomes a catalyst for real, sustainable transformation.
